Product sold on Crazy Malls by Merchant are not refundable but it can be return and exchange. Merchant will accept the return of Failed Deliveries and Returned Products in accordance with the Policies and Crazy Malls will have the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a Customer will receive a replacement, or they have to return the product for one on one exchange. Please be informed that customer we will only allow 1-time return for every product.
Reasons below, Merchant will bear all costs associated with the return or replacement, including the shipping fee.
The product is damaged in delivery
The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
Incorrect / wrong item
Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size or wrong color)
Missing items / parts
Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
if you are not happy with the products due to above reasons, we'll gladly to assist you to return the purchase within 24-28 hours after receiving the good(s), thereafter will not be entertain;
The goods must be in original, unused condition with all packaging/tags intact along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts;
Some items cannot be accepted as returns such as: intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings or health and beauty products. These items are to be deemed as non-resell able in the interest of hygiene.
If you have fulfilled the above conditions for return, please follow the simple steps as below:
Lodge the report to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Provide your proof of purchase (ie order number, confirmation number, bank account information) to our customer service.
Provide photos of your purchase to support your request return reason.
Crazy Malls evaluation process may take 2-3 business days. A return process is successful after item has undergone an evaluation process. You will receive an email from Crazy Malls once evaluation is complete.
For return of product, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping as well as any price difference in the returned items and the additional cost of shipping the returned item.
Customers returning parcels to merchant must provide proof of postage like tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel. It would be better to send via registered mail or courier with tracking number.
Please take note that the return item(s) needs to be returned to merchant within 14 calendar days.
Crazy Malls will communicate with merchant to exchange a new product for the customer.
